Name: WWE No Mercy Date: October 5th, 2008 Match: Beth Phoenix vs. Candice Michelle
In a display of dominance, Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix defeated Candice Michelle with a Glam Slam to retain her gold. Ever since The Glamazon captured the title from Mickie James at SummerSlam, she has dominated both her opponents and the opponents of her boyfriend, Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella.
Tonight, Marella intervened, preventing a potential pinfall. But, he paid for it with a hard-hitting kick from Candice. Although Marella’s help allowed Phoenix to escape the near pinfall, it proved to be a distraction to The Glamazon. But, not for long. As the match continued, The Glamazon mounted an offense that Candice could not stop.

Raw Preview: Happy Birthday, Raw!
November 3, 2008
Raw’s 800th episode celebration will also feature the biggest Divas contest in WWE history. When the Sexiest Women on Television collide in a colossal 16-Diva Tag Team Match, which one will walk away victorious?
For the answers to these questions and more, be sure to join the three-hour Monday Night Raw party at 8/7 CT on USA Network to celebrate the show’s 800 episodes.
Althought Beth isn’t mentioned. I would assume that she will be wrestling. Looking at the WWE Divas page on WWE.com I would expect the match to be Beth Phoenix, Natalya, Victoria, Maryse, Layla, Katie Lea, Jillian and Lena (?) vs. Mickie, Brie, Candice, Kelly, Maria, Michelle, Tiffany (?) and Eve (?).
Basically, Eve, Tiffany and Lena are a toss up. They might be there, they might not. There aren’t actually enough diva’s who can actually WRESTLE to fill out this tag match. I have a feeling that there might be some sort of legends appear in this match…. I heard that Mae Young is going to be at Raw tonight….
Oh, Joy of Joys! WWE.com has announced that the match between Beth and Michelle scheduled to air this Friday will now be a lumberjack match. Oh yes, the WWE staple of “get as many divas on TV as possible” match returns this Friday! We should have spoilers from the show tomorrow, be sure to check back if you want to know results!
Preview: Lumberjack Match: Divas Champion Michelle McCool vs. Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix
October 5, 2008
Divas Champion Michelle McCool has seen her star rise since becoming the first-ever Divas Champion in WWE history, but Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix won’t let that intimidate her when the two Divas go one-on-one on the SmackDown All-Star Kick Off Oct. 3 at 8/7 CT on MyNetwork TV.
McCool will look to bring down one of the most dominating forces in WWE, while Phoenix will undoubtedly hope to add to her impressive in-ring accomplishments.
But surrounding the ring will be Brie Bella, Candice, Eve, Jillian, Katie Lea, Kelly Kelly, Layla, Lena, Maria, Maryse, Mickie James, Natalya and Victoria, as this contest will be a Lumberjack Match - with the ring surrounded by every Diva in WWE.
Which Diva will stand tall as the queen of WWE when the two collide? And will the other Divas be able to keep control on the outside of the ring? Tune into SmackDown’s All-Star Kick Off Oct. 3 at 8/7 CT on MyNetwork TV to find out!
Strangely, WWE.com has removed the Preview page from the Raw section, on WWE.com’s main page they have announced that Beth will team with Jillian (oh yayz … singing *rolls eyes*) to take on Kelly Kelly … Kelly and Candice Michelle.
Beth Phoenix vs. Michelle McCool made official by WWE.com
Its has just been made official by WWE.com, Beth will be heading over to Smackdown for the show’s debut on MyNetworkTV October 5th. Below is the WWE.com preview:

As I also predicted, Shelton Benjamin will take on Santino Marella, so there is a possibility that Beth will be ringside for that match.
Candice Michelle asserted her status in the Diva roster last week. The Candy-coated Diva dominated Jillian as Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix looked on from ringside. After notching the win, Candice called The Glamazon inside the ring. As Phoenix climbed through the ropes, however, Candice showed her resourcefulness, dropkicking her rival to the floor.
Just how else might Candice assert herself in the weeks leading up to No Mercy? And can Beth Phoenix build some momentum in her match against Kelly Kelly on Raw?
To find out the answer to these questions and more, make sure to tune into Monday Night Raw at 9/8 CT only on USA Network.
Preview: Who ordered the Scramble?
August 25, 2008
Raw comes to you live on Sci Fi Channel tonight – for one night only – and this edition of Monday night mayhem is one you cannot miss. In addition to a live appearance by Shawn Michaels, Santino Marella’s Intercontinental Title will be at risk and four World Heavyweight Championship Scramble competitors take up arms, just weeks before their Unforgiven clash for the gold.
The hot lights of Raw will also illuminate the gold around the waist of Santino tonight, as the Italian Superstar defends the Intercontinental Title against former champion Kofi Kingston. Just one week ago, Santino secured the title without Kingston even involved in the decision in the Winners Take All Tag Match at SummerSlam. Can Kofi find redemption by reclaiming the gold from his uni-browed foe?
Perhaps the answer to the aforementioned question can only be determined by the presence of Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix. The other half of “Glamarella,” Phoenix has played an integral role in Santino’s matters in recent weeks. The Glamazon meets Raw beauty Kelly Kelly tonight in singles action, but will the Women’s Champion play her hand in Marella’s collision with the Jamaican craze?
For the answers to these questions and more, watch Monday Night Raw live at its regular time of 9/8 CT, tonight on Sci Fi Channel - for one night only. And if that’s not enough, catch the special replay at 11/10 CT on Raw’s usual home, USA Network.
American viewers: Remember Raw airs live on the Sci-Fi network tonight!
Thanks to the incredible strength of Beth Phoenix, Santino Marella and The Glamazon won their Winners Take All Match making them the new Intercontinental and Women’s Champions. Now that “Glamarella” has proven their relationship to be a golden alliance, where it will lead to next? Will either of the former champions in Kofi Kingston and Mickie James come looking to take their titles back?
For the answers to these questions and more, be sure to tune into Monday Night Raw at 9/8 CT only on USA Network.
When Raw convenes in Washington, D.C. on Monday night, U.S. presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain won’t be the only two heavy hitters eyeballing each other in the nation’s capital.
In no less disturbing Raw action, Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix shared what can best be described as the weirdest love/hate moment Raw has seen in ages.
As The Glamazon looked on from ringside, Marella lost a match to returning Superstar D-Lo Brown. After the match, Phoenix stepped into the ring and scuffled with the spicy Italian. As the two traded waist-lock holds, they suddenly, inexplicably … kissed.
Just as quickly, they pulled back, seemingly afraid of any amorous feelings their lip lock may have evoked. Hmmm. What might have sparked these feelings of amore? And how might a relationship between these two develop, if at all?
To find out the answers to these questions and more, be sure to tune into Monday Night Raw, live at 9/8 CT, only on USA Network.
Mickie James was able to walk out of Judgment Day with her WWE Women’s Championship after pinning Melina. Unfortunately for her though, Beth Phoenix has been relentless in her pursuit of Mickie and the title – and will not stop until she succeeds. How will The Glamazon go about getting another Women’s Championship opportunity? Will Mickie James be able to fend off Phoenix again?
We’ll find out all the answers to these questions and the fallout from Judgment Day when Monday Night Raw airs live from Kansas City, Mo., at 9/8 CT on USA Network.
Backlash saw The Glamazon get the win in the 12-Diva Tag-Team Match by pinning Ashley. Was this just a message to Michelle McCool and Women’s Champion Mickie James? Will Beth Phoenix be aiming to get revenge on McCool for her slap last Monday, or will she focus on regaining the WWE Women’s Championship?
We’ll see the answer to all these questions and more when Monday Night Raw airs live at 9/8 CT on USA Network.
