Name: Elisabeth Carolan Birthday: November 24th 1980 Years pro: 6 years Mini-bio: Beth always wanted to be a pro-wrestler, her for the sport led her to join her high school wrestling team, she became the first female varsity wrestler in her school's history. During college she continued wrestling, until she began training with the All Knighters. She later made her pro-wrestling debut in 2000 taking on Alexis Laree. Beth wrestled throughout America and Canada, and in 2003 relocated to Louisville (OVW). In October 2005 Beth received a WWE developmental contract. In May 2006 Beth debuted on WWE Raw attacking Mickie James, but just 5 weeks later, Beth broke her jaw during a match with Victoria. After over a year of waiting in OVW, Beth finally returned to Raw on July 9th 2007, teaming with Melina and Jillian. At Summerslam 2007 Beth earned a title shot against Candice Michelle, and despite a loss at Unforgiven, beth defeated Candice for the title at No Mercy.

In a display of dominance, Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix defeated Candice Michelle with a Glam Slam to retain her gold. Ever since The Glamazon captured the title from Mickie James at SummerSlam, she has dominated both her opponents and the opponents of her boyfriend, Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella.
Tonight, Marella intervened, preventing a potential pinfall. But, he paid for it with a hard-hitting kick from Candice. Although Marella’s help allowed Phoenix to escape the near pinfall, it proved to be a distraction to The Glamazon. But, not for long. As the match continued, The Glamazon mounted an offense that Candice could not stop.

Beth Unlimited; Unlimited possibilities » Santino’s Casa
Unfortunatly there are no screen captures of this weeks Santino’s Casa, WWE has changed their video’s section and I am no longer able to get video’s from their website. I am looking into a few options, and if any of them work I will get screen captures ASAP. As always Santino’s Casa is hilarious and well worth checking out.
On this weeks Santino’s Casa, Santino said “Goodbye and Good Riddance” to the Yankee Stadium, and then began to berate New York. This brought in an irate Brooklyn Brawler, who was confronted by Beth asking what was going on. Brawler told her that Santino was mocking New York, to which Santino replied with another comment about the State. Beth then told Santino that SHE is from New York, to which Santino responded by taking himself to his “naughty corner”. Brawler than asked Beth if she wanted to catch a game and they both left together, leaving Santino to finish his Casa.
Santino is talking about Perez Hilton and their little internet feud they have goin on after Santino told him to get out of the country. Santino says he’s so angry. Beth enters, and asks in a soft voice “whats the matter with my little cannoli? Why so upset?” Santino tells her about Perez and she offers to talk to him for Santino. Beth gets angry and tells Perez, if he doesn’t stop hurting her mans feelings she’s gonna hunt him down and hurt him. She tells him she’ll make him cry like “the little twinkle toed baby he is”. Beth leaves telling Santino to follow. Santino turns to the camera and says “OOHH, you’re in so much big trouble!”
Beth made another appearance on Santino’s Casa this week. Santino talked about how a few weeks ago he ordered several Americans who didn’t deserve to live in the USA to get out, including Perez Hilton & “Roddy The Piper”. He said that none of them had heed Santino’s orders, and if Santino has to throw them out one by one he will. Santino then goes on to do his best “Incredible Hulk” impression saying how you wouldn’t like him when he’s angry. He tries to break a thin piece of wood in half, but fails to do so, so enter The Glamazon to do it for him. After she leaves, Santino tells her to “make him some dinner” and remarks that he “must have loosened it for her”.
Beth made an actual physical appearance on this weeks Santino’s Casa!
Santino first talks about Summerslam, and guarantees victory for himself and Beth, and calling up Ms. Cleo for confirmation that Beth & Santino will win. Santino then goes on to talk about a mail man from Seattle who wants to wear a kilt to work.
Finally Santino goes on to talk about John Edwards who has recently admitted to having an affair. Santino says he empathises with Edwards, because when you’re as good looking as him, women look at you like you’re a “piece of man meat”. Santino says women throw themselves at him, and after a while even Italian men, well known for being faithful to their women can only fight the urges so long. Santino goes onto say that men should be allowed to bite the forbidden fruit whenever they are hungry, because after all, men wear the pants in the relationship. At which point Beth appears and glares at Santino, who gets nervous, and tells the viewers that he is ending this weeks show, but only because he wants to ;), and quickly walks away from the scowl of the Glamazon.
Continuing the trend, WWE.com has pushed the Santino & Beth as a couple. During this weeks Santino’s casa, he talks about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie getting a reported $11 Million from People Magazine for photos of their new twins. Santino then calculates that his babies would be worth double the price, Santino says he couldn’t imagine what his children would look like, but he is sure they would be gorgeous. Then pop’s up a mock family portrait of Beth & Santino with a little boy and girl, to which Santino responds “oooh, they are!”.
If you haven’t checked out Santino’s Casa, I highly recommend you do so, it is quite possibly one of the funniest things i have ever seen. It has me laughing every week!
Beth is featured on this weeks edition of Santino’s Casa. Santino talks about last Monday’s Raw. Below is what he said about Beth:
Santino welcomes everyone to Santino’s Casa, and apologizes because he’s not feeling 100% of himself today. He says Beth Phoenix is making his “insides hurt with confusion”. Santino says he does not know whether to kiss Beth or beg her for mercy. He says his survival instincts tell him to run, but his loins tell him to say. Santino says he is Santino Marella and he knows women, and this Glamazon is a woo-man. Santino quips that he knows how John Morrisman feels about The Miz.
As always Santino’s Casa is hilarious, he also talks about TV Show The Bachelor and “The Two Coreys”.
