Name: Elisabeth Carolan Birthday: November 24th 1980 Years pro: 6 years Mini-bio: Beth always wanted to be a pro-wrestler, her for the sport led her to join her high school wrestling team, she became the first female varsity wrestler in her school's history. During college she continued wrestling, until she began training with the All Knighters. She later made her pro-wrestling debut in 2000 taking on Alexis Laree. Beth wrestled throughout America and Canada, and in 2003 relocated to Louisville (OVW). In October 2005 Beth received a WWE developmental contract. In May 2006 Beth debuted on WWE Raw attacking Mickie James, but just 5 weeks later, Beth broke her jaw during a match with Victoria. After over a year of waiting in OVW, Beth finally returned to Raw on July 9th 2007, teaming with Melina and Jillian. At Summerslam 2007 Beth earned a title shot against Candice Michelle, and despite a loss at Unforgiven, beth defeated Candice for the title at No Mercy.

When Beth Phoenix caused Candice Michelle to break her clavicle in October 2007, the then-Women’s Champion admitted the injury and being unable to compete took her to a “really dark place.”
Now, it’s the Candy-coated Diva’s opportunity to once again shed some bright light on her career when she battles Phoenix for the Women’s Championship at No Mercy, the very show at which the Glamazon won her first title over Candice.
Name: WWE Summerslam Date: August 17th, 2008 Match: Beth Phoenix & Santino Marella def. Mickie James & Kofi Kingston
The unlikely lovebirds prevailed to win the gold at the Biggest Blockbuster of the Summer. After defeating Kofi Kingston & Mickie James in the Winners Take All Match at SummerSlam, Santino Marella is the new Intercontinental Champion and Beth Phoenix is the new Women’s Champion.
When Raw General Manager Mike Adamle made the “Adamle Original” match, the rules stated the titles would go to the team getting the pinfall or submission. After James hit Marella with a brutal DDT, The Glamazon retaliated and pinned the Diva for the intergender tag team win. Phoenix is now a two-time Women’s Champion, and Marella is a two-time holder of the Intercontinental Title.

“The Masterpiece” Chris Masters
In the Summer of 2004 Beth debuted in OVW as the powerful, sexy, pro wrestling girlfriend of Chris Masters. They had a sexy relationship, and the flaunted it. The relationship was on for months. It ended when Beth got injured and when she returned to OVW, Masters had been called up to Raw.
Brent Albright
In the Summer of 2004 when Beth was brogught up to OVW, she wasn’t only te girlfriend of Christ Masters, she was also the cousin of Brent Albright. This story also ended when Beth got injured because when she returned, she alligned herself with Aaron “The Idol” Stevens.
Aaron “The Idol” Stevens
In early 2005, Beth aligned herself with Aaron Stevens while in OVW. They teamed together to feud with Danny Inferno & Trudi Dennucci and it soon became apparent that they were more than friends. They continued to date adding Shely Martinez to their team in mid 2005, until Beth dumped Idol in March 2006. Idol currently works on WWE Smackdown with KC James and Michelle McCool.
Shelly Martinez
Shelly Martinez signed a WWE developmental deal in mid-2005 and first appeared on OVW joining with Beth and Aaron to become Aaron’s second valet. Her and Beth have become known as the “Leather and Lace” tandem. They dressed up in different outfits each week, they have been seen as cheerleaders, schoolgirls, Alice in wonderland characters among others. In February 2006, Shelly developed an obsession with pirate Paul Burchill which caused a strain on Beth and Shelly’s friendship, they came to blows on a March 2006 show and have since beeen feuding with each other. Shelly currently works on the ECW brand as “Ariel” the valet of Kevin Thorn.
Trish Stratus
Beth first teamed with Trish Stratus in May 2006 to continue Trish’s feud with Mickie James. Beth saved Trish from a Mickie attack, the following week Trish introduced Beth noting that both Beth & Trish were screwed over by Mickie. Trish accompanied Beth to the ring for Beth’s first two matches on WWE Raw, before Beth was injured. This is where Trish and Beth’s alliance ended, when Beth returned to WWE, Trish had retired from wrestling.
