In the halls of Davis Arena, Katie Lea and Beth Phoenix screamed over who was the real OVW Women’s Champ. All Danny Basham knew was that he definitely was the OVW Troubleshooter and he was going to resolve the issue between the two once they all arrived out in the ring. Once in the ring, Basham had a hard time getting Phoenix to shut up, but once he did he told them and the viewers that next week on OVW Television there would be the first-ever Ladies’ Ladder Match in OVW history, with the two belts suspended above the ring by a chain! The first one of the two to pull the belts down would then become the rightful and true OVW Women’s Champ! As Katie Lea nodded readily in agreement, Phoenix stared up at the chain in jawdropping concern.
